Ordinance nº 220, of November 12, 2012 - Maternity Leave for Pregnant Women

Application for maternity leave, up to four months, according to the need and requesting the maintenance of the scholarship. The document should have the science of the guiding teacher. Along with the Maternity Leave Request, attach a Report or Medical Certificate that proves the situation.
